Consolidated Precision Products is Hiring a Director of Human Resources Near Rosemount, MN

CPP- Bloomington, MN is looking to hire an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. This position will oversee all Human Resources and Environmental, Health and Safety operations including recruiting, hiring, coaching, compliance and recordkeeping.
If you have experience leading a team of leading an HR& EHS professionals within a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you. This position is onsite with a flexible schedule and offers a full-benefits package, robust PTO plan, 401K and base salary. Are you ready to steer the ship and make a huge impact on the overall HR operations?What will you do?
  • Create and implement developmental and succession plans to grow and retain our team members
  • Drive talent engagement initiates and culture improvements
  • Set an example and lead a strong safety culture
  • Help coach and mentor current HR team for future leadership
  • Provide direction and counsel regarding human resources aspects of plant operations
  • Guide the HR team through complex employee relations, including ensuring thorough and objective investigations are utilized, when necessary
  • Advisor to senior leadership team on strategies for HR and EHS
  • Leads in the development, implementation, and auditing of policies and procedures for the site
  • Analyze training and development needs for the location, driving the development and administration of training programs
  • Engage in strategy discussions with the senior leadership team as you dive into the P&L as a group
  • Able to work onsite at the Bloomington, MN manufacturing location (with a flexible schedule)

What can you bring to the table?
  • BS Degree in HR Management
  • 10 years of Generalist experience within a large-scale & complex manufacturing environment
  • 5 years in a leadership role required
  • PHR/ SPHR or SHRM CP/SHRM SCP strongly preferred
