A Construction company is seeking an Accountant to join their team.

Duties:

• Accounting Clerical functions such as AP/AR, sending invoices, billing subcontractors (AIA Billings).
• Maintain the general ledger and account reconciliations.
• Develop vendor/sub relationships and acertain credit worthiness
• Work in Sage 100 software
• Job costing, pay applications, state tax payments, and handle lien releases.
• All other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Construction Accounting for a General Contractor
• Sage or Timberline exposure
