Cross Resource Group is Hiring a General Clerk Near San Antonio, TX
Support admin staff with digitizing paper files across entire department for electronic archival. Tasks will include: removing papers from notebooks/binders, removing paper from clip/binders, clips/staples, scanning documents, renaming computer files in Acrobat, saving files in specified network locations. Once electronic capture is verified, disposing of paper in appropriate manner. Process will also involve creating/renaming folders in Windows.
Required education, knowledge, Skills and abilities:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must have basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Must be proficiency in Microsoft Windows and File Explorer is required
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Client scanners in preferred
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must have 1 year of work experience required
- MVR is required
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
