We are seeking an experienced business development professional to support our Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia operation. Must be highly organized, have demonstrated track record of exceeding quota and producing results. Must be strong in prospecting and cold calling consistently every day with discipline and results. Strong current relationships with Home Health agencies, SNFs and hospitals in the DMV area is a big plus. Must also have great people skills, communication skills, and have great “EQ”. Big part of the position is on-going account managing to assure referral sources have high satisfaction and a “Ritz Carleton” type experience every time they encounter us so that they deliver a steady volume of referrals. We have strong sales enablement tools including Hubspot and excellent databases. Office is in Rockville, Maryland but you will work from your home and be on the road seeing prospects every day. Base pay is $60-100K with potential to earn over $500,000 with bonus Hiring immediately.
