AppleOne is currently seeking an Accounts Receivables Specialist.

Job Description :

Secures revenue by following up on outstanding billing, resolving discrepancies, and appealing claims.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Checking initial claim status to ensure claim’s processing has begun
• Tracking and Resolving outstanding payment issues
• Generate weekly aging spreadsheet with timely dates from insurance carrier guidelines
• Maintain an accurate aging report
• Prepare and maintain various reports
• Conduct account research and analysis
• Identify reimbursement policies outlined by individual insurance carriers
• Identify medical coverage policies outlined by individual insurance carriers
• Submitting verbal / written claim appeals
• Make daily collection calls to insurance carriers
• Submitting claim review requests to upper management for adjustment or closure

Salary : $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 / year
