We are looking for a talented Accounts Payable Associatein ourCorporate Office location.
Duties:
- Sort and match invoices and check requests
- Set up invoices for payment
- Ensure invoices are coded properly
- Reconciliation of payments to vendors
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintenance of vendor files
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Produce monthly reports
- Accrue monthly expenses as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED): college work in business a plus
- 2-4 years’ experience working in Accounts Payable
- Proficient in MS Office (primarily Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) accounting software is a plus
- Experience working with “paperless” document management system
- Strong customer service skills
- Good math skills
- Well organized, flexible, and efficient
- Maintain high degree of confidentiality
