Itron is looking for a Product Manager to be responsible for our North American water metering activities, which is part of our end to end solutions that enable Itron to deliver positive outcomes for our water customers. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing business plans, managing pricing, and owning the roadmap to determine a feature set that positions your products in the marketplace. You will champion the business health of your portfolio and will work with all organizational disciplines to ensure we deliver reliable products to the market and our customer. While managing the overall vision of the product line, you own the roadmap and will work with Product Marketing, Engineering and Sales to facilitate new product introduction, as well as end of life strategies.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience. A well-qualified candidate shall have a firm understanding of manufacturing processes and meter testing procedures.
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Master's Degree in related field is highly preferred.
Travel: 10-20% domestic travel is expected
Physical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.
