Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a background in product development and management, with a keen ability to understand market needs and translate them into successful products. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving product success from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
Define product requirements and create detailed specifications.
Prioritize product features and create a product roadmap.
Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
Analyze competitive products and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in product management or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
