We are partnered with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) in New York City that is searching for an entry-mid level IT Operations Specialist to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our partner's IT operations, with a specific emphasis on Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, and Intune.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain existing device management solutions, including Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, and Intune
• Email migration
• Desktop support
• Trouble shooting and maintenance
• Review and implement security patching
• Manage Windows workstations
• Conduct testing of data retention and recovery processes

Qualifications:

• 5 years IT experience
• Office 365 management and administration experience
• Sharepoint management and administration experience
• Experience with Dynamics and InTune
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, Active Directory, Okta, SQL, Azure, and other SaaS based enterprise cloud-based services
• Email migration experience highly preferred
• MSP Level 2 or 3 highly preferred
• Experience in AEC or print industry is a plus
