The St. Croix Regional Family Health Center (SCRFHC) is a private, nonprofit organization located in Princeton, ME. We are a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) that has been providing healthcare services since 1991. Our mission is to ensure that no one is denied access to services due to an inability to pay. We offer discounts based on family size and income.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Human Resources at St. Croix Regional Family Health Center. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to HR policies, employee relations, performance management, labor and employment law compliance. This role is primarily located in Princeton, ME, but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Excellent employee relations skills
  • Proven ability in performance management
  • Familiarity with labor and employment law
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
