Multi Family is Hiring a Property Manager Near Portland, OR

This position requires:

  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • Dependable vehicle for transportation to, from, and around the portfolio
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent phone, written, and in-person communications
  • Flexibility with emergency & after hours on call needs

About you:

You are an experienced property manager with the aptitude to manage the day-to-day operations of our award-winning portfolio. You are an accomplished multitasker, able to pre-empt issues before they become problems, and keep your team on track to meet their quarterly and yearly goals.

You are also:

  • A good communicator with 2 years of experience in the property management industry
  • An expert in handling escalated situations
  • Comfortable navigating annual budget preparation and accounts payable
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
  • Experienced leading and motivating a team
  • Customer-focused and dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers
  • Savvy with all marketing activities including ILS and social media marketing
  • Up to date with all Fair Housing Regulations, local ordinances and laws, and other legal issues affecting property management
  • Familiar with Yardi or equivalent property management software
  • Experienced with new development/lease-up properties
