Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding rental properties
- Process rental applications and conduct background and credit checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and unit turnovers
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition to effectively market rental properties

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of leasing laws, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices
- Experience using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is preferred
- Proven sales abilities with the ability to close deals and meet leasing targets
- Basic understanding of property maintenance and repair processes
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Familiarity with lease contracts and ability to explain terms to tenants
