Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in order entry
Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
Respond to customer inquiries via email
Collaborate closely with the outside Sales Team and other team members
Process shipment claims
Ensure all customer ordering needs are met
Upsell products to customers
Perform order entry and other administrative tasks as required
