Job Description

We are a Food and Equipment Brokerage Company which services Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Las Vegas, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana. We are looking for a motivated and high energy candidate to join the food team and represent and grow case sales for multiple foodservice manufacturers in the Arizona market. We work directly with local foodservice distributors and operators to create demand for our client's products.

This is largely an outside sales position, so a have reliable vehicle is a must. As a food broker, you'll be presenting/demonstrating food products to Chefs, restaurant owners, Purchasing Directors, etc.. to show how the products we represent can make a positive impact to their respective operations, it's staff, and it's customers.

A culinary, food broker, or food distributor background is beneficial, but not mandatory. Bi-lingual or Spanish speaking is a plus.

We will provide training and are looking for a candidate who can build and maintain relationships with our clients and customers by becoming a trusted partner through our actions and not just our words. We work in a fast paced and innovative environment that is constantly evolving. We are an independently owned firm and our team works closely together to support and facilitate food shows, trainings and marketing events. We offer a compensation package that includes salary, health care, car allowance, gas reimbursement, phone allowance, and paid vacation and holidays.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive for Total Source, you will:

• Be responsible for representing numerous food and equipment manufacturers at in-person end user sales calls at restaurants, country clubs, casinos, hotels, hospitals, caterers, ghost kitchens, etc.
• Plan and execute professional sales presentations and trainings for end-users and distributors
• Utilize our CRM system for planning sales targets and reporting all sales call activity
• Build, sustain and grow relationships with top end users, manufacturers, and distributors
• Demonstrate value for our clients and customers by presenting the right solution (food and/or E&S) to meet their unique need
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Be looking for a long-term career with potential interest in advancing within the company
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be on your feet for 5 to 8 hours per day when needed for trade shows and events
• Have a reliable vehicle as driving is required and frequent
• Be able to occasionally travel and/or stay overnight when needed

Requirements

· GED or higher education

· Culinary experience

· Comfortable in a kitchen environment

· Valid driver’s license

· Pass a drug and background check

· Food brokerage or distributor experience helpful but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000 per year

Experience:
