Our client is a national manufacturer of custom building materials searching for Regional Sales Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Manager has a pivotal role responsible for driving the company's growth in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah markets. The Regional Sales Manager will build and maintain client relationships, devise sales strategies, and ensure targets are met or exceeded by increasing sales through existing customers, and onboarding new ones.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Direct sales initiatives.
• Identifying prospects and onboarding new dealers/wholesalers to achieve revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and VP of Sales on devising and implementing sales strategies.
• Spearhead aggressive prospecting plans to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Generate leads via personal research and networking efforts.
• Build strategies to achieve Region sales goals, ensuring consistent success.

Base salary is $60k. Plus monthly car and cell phone allowance. Commission.

There is no cap on commissions.
