Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate employee orientation and training programs
- Oversee performance management processes
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Assist in strategic planning for HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Conduct succession planning and talent management activities
- Manage social media platforms for HR purposes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Familiarity with strategic planning and employee development processes

Pay: $46,733.79 - $56,281.56 per year
