Summary

Focus on Fast Set, this account manager is responsible in meeting or exceeding the Company’s strategic and annual sales plan goals and objectives. This position creates, maintains, and enhances sales relationship with distributors and contractors alike. 

Essential Functions

• Represent the Carlisle Fluid Technologies (CFT) Fast Set / IntelliSpray brand with distributors and contractors within the applicable markets.
• Prospect and qualify contractors and distributors in assigned territory to pursue new business, maintain and enhance existing relationships, demonstrate equipment and/or conduct required/requested training sessions in customer premises.
• Develop and maintain strong cross functional relationships within the accounts.
• Consistently grow and maintain the opportunity portfolio.
• Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.
• Establish key relationships with the appropriate management level decision makers.
• Develop strategy and tactics to grow territory revenue.
• Demo equipment (hands-on spraying)

 Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor degree with technical or business major
• 5 years sales experience to include selling through direct or indirect channels
• The ideal candidate already possesses experience in polyurethane foam, polyurea or plural component application technology in one or a multitude of industries
• Ability to travel 75% minimum.

Preferred Qualification

• Knowledge of fast set processes and application equipment. Ability to read and understand technical data, spreadsheets, blueprints, charts, and graphs. Ability to understand and operate test equipment. 
• Computer (PC) skills with ability to utilize computer as business tool, including spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail applications, and internet research.
• Above average communication skills – both verbal and written – to include “platform/presentation” skills to groups larger than 25 people in selling, training and other environments where in persuasion is predominant.
