As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing financial transactions accurately.

You will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring that our customers receive the best banking experience by #Makingmorepossible.

Responsibilities :

• Process customer transactions such as deposits and withdrawals accurately and efficiently
• Promote our products and services to customers and refer them to appropriate departments for further assistance
• Address customer questions or concerns and provide timely and effective resolutions
• Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
• Uphold and embrace CCF's Mission, Vision, and Values every day

Requirements :

• At least one (1) year of customer service experience
• Cash handling or sales experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
