Job DescriptionAs an Administrative Assistant for the marketing team, you will be an integral part of our client's operations, providing essential support to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Your expertise in Excel and strong organizational skills will be crucial in managing various administrative tasks and supporting the marketing team’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain and update marketing databases using Excel
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials and reports
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of marketing data
- Support team members with research and project coordination
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing collateral
RequirementsQualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to work in a team environment
