Funders App is a leading financial services firm in North Miami Beach seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in data entry or bookkeeping, who are looking to kickstart their career in the finance industry.

Job Description:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in our financial services by ensuring the accurate and timely entry of financial data into our systems. You will work closely with our CFO and Controller to maintain financial records, prepare reports, and support various accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Provide essential accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Accurately type and input financial data into our systems.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Perform daily data entry of financial transactions into our CRM.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) functions.
- Handle invoicing and billing tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

- A high school degree at minimum- A degree from a technical school or Associate's degree is preferable (or up to 1 year of experience in data entry or bookkeeping)
- Familiarity with data entry and basic accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant databases and accounting software.
- Hands-on data entry experience, including Excel spreadsheets
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Native or professional English skills with proficiency in writing, speaking, and reading
