Job Summary:
We are seeking a Multi-site Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of our properties, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for residents.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in property leasing activities including showing units, processing applications, and lease renewals
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct property inspections and address any issues promptly
- Assist in rent collection and financial reporting
- Support the Property Manager in various administrative tasks

Requirements:
- Knowledge of property management practices and procedures
- Familiarity with property leasing processes
- Experience with conflict management and resolution
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Understanding of contract management principles
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus

Pay: $21.78 - $26.23 per hour
