Job Responsibilities:
- Cursory review of agreements.
- Prepare and issue form documents to various counterparties and follow up for execution.
- Prepare AML, tax, credit, and other compliance certifications.
- Assist with billing summaries, reconciliations, and discrepancies.
- Work with Clients to address outstanding matters.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college is preferred.
- The ability to exhibit flexibility and work in a fast-paced environment is critical.
- Must be willing to work overtime.
- A minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience in corporate law or banking is a plus but not required.
Compensation: $75,000-$80,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
