Key Responsibilities:

Management of Transactions:

Candidate will assist in overseeing all phases of Rental and Sale Transactions, both residential and commercial.

· Exceptional Communication: Act as a liaison between the President and clients, agents, and vendors. Applicant must have superb communication and writing skills as they will be the responding to emails, phone calls, dealing directly with clients, vendors and agents.

· Appointment Management: Organize and manage the President's daily appointments and schedules both business and personal.

· Invoicing and Billing: Applicant will assist in invoices, paying bills and employees time sheets.

· Proposal and Marketing Support: Assist in drafting compelling proposals and marketing materials, in print, web based and social media.

· Adapt to a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, where adaptability and efficiency are keys to success.

Qualifications (Non Negotiable):

  • Outstanding communication, writing and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Instagram.
  • Lack of fear to learn all new applications.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Real Estate License.

Prior experience in real estate, Mail Chimp, Adobe Pro, social media is advantageous but not mandatory.
