Job Description and Responsibilities: The Senior Associate will work on a wide range of projects and assignments and report to the Head of BPP U.S. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide analysis and execution in support of strategic initiatives for the Fund and its investments Fund-level performance metrics and go-forward performance Balance sheet, capital structure, interest rate hedging and financing strategy Liquidity, distributions and cash management analytics and strategy Target sector and geographic exposures Support and enhance analytics, procedures, benchmarking and reporting Acquisitions, dispositions, co-investment structuring and strategy Product positioning for existing and potential investors Investor reporting materials Collaborate with various functions including Acquisitions, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Institutional Client Solutions, Portfolio Management, Legal, Tax and Finance Support senior management and senior team members on key investment and platform decisions Develop expertise in all property types and geographies in which the fund invests Qualifications: Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
