Position Profile
Weaver is hiring an Audit Senior Associate to join our growing Real Estate team. Engagements will primarily service a variety of clients within the Real Estate industry along with periodically assisting on client engagements in other industries.
Weaver Senior Associates enjoy flexibility, meaningful and diverse client work, a supportive and innovative work environment, four (4) weeks of paid time off per year, and many more benefits. The ideal candidate is a team player who exhibits initiative, accepts responsibility, communicates effectively, and manages multiple concurrent assignments of varying sizes and complexity.
Education and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• CPA candidate required, CPA preferred
• 1-4 years of public accounting experience, industry experience or a combination of both
• Real Estate industry experience required
• Basic familiarity with GAAP and GAAS

Annual Base Pay Range in the New York City Metropolitan Area: $80,000 to $110,000
