We are looking to bring on talented full desk recruiters or B2B sales individuals looking to get into recruiting to our division. What you will be doing:

  • Full Desk Agency Recruiting
  • Generating your own leads through business development & cultivating your own client relationships through account management
  • Negotiating service agreements directly with your clients
  • Developing a deep knowledge and understanding of your clients business and industry through market research
  • Sourcing candidates for your client's hiring needs through our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter & other sources
  • Facilitating the interview process on both client & candidate side
  • Negotiating offer letters, comp packages
  • Facilitating onboarding process

What you need for this position:

  • 1 year of Agency Recruiting experience or 2 years of B2B Sales experience
  • 1 year of Business Development experience or Lead Generation
  • High School Diploma a must
