FEAM Aero is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to perform recruitment functions at our Miami, FL location or remotely based on the candidate's location. The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a crucial role in the talent acquisition process by focusing on identifying and attracting potential candidates for open positions.

Job Duties:

• Utilize various sourcing methods including online job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates. 
• Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and talent availability. 
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings. 
• Develop relationships with passive candidates and keep them engaged for future opportunities. 
• Initiate contact with potential candidates via email, phone, and social media. 
• Screen candidates to assess their qualifications, fit for the role, and interest in the position. 
• Provide a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-up. 
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. 
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 
• Track sourcing metrics and report on the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies. 
• Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent. 
• Participate in job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities to increase company visibility. 
• Demonstrate positive change agent behaviors and influence managers and business partners. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) experience is preferred; may also consider military experience in lieu of degree. 
• Experience developing and implementing talent strategies and methodologies to hire critical talent. 
• Must have a high-level of experience with pro-active sourcing to build and manage diverse talent pipelines for various skill sets across the organization. 
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment. 
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus. 
• Must have a high aptitude for utilizing technology to successfully perform role. 
• Experience using an applicant tracking system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Aviation/aircraft maintenance recruiting experience highly preferred. 
• Advanced level candidate pre-closing and closing skills with proven ability to determine viable prospects. 
• Experience building effective working relationships with a broad range of management styles at all levels in the organization.
