In this newly created leadership role, you will be responsible for mentoring and assigning business analysts to projects, developing standards, templates, and guidelines, and monitoring your team’s performance. You will bridge the gap between business and IT resources while working closely with project managers, developers, and business leads. At times you may play a hands-on role with your team members in managing large, complex projects while also leading your team, clients, and stakeholders.
