What will you do be doing?
In this position you’ll be doing repairs as well as preventive maintenance work on boilers, chillers, air handlers, pumps, compressors, and electrical components. As well installation, repair and troubleshooting of all environmental monitoring and control system components.
What do we look for?
College or trade school training in building maintenance or related field preferred but not required. Experience may be a substituted for education.
2 years of experience working as maintenance engineer or similar position for commercial properties
Strong skills in commercial electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boiler, or industrial maintenance
Experience with a maintenance management systems and excellent documentation skills required
