Our BRAND NEW property, Homestead Luxury Rentals and The Outlook at 1000 Oaks (Opened May of 2022) are now accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Technician. This position requires a motivated, dependable, and detailed-oriented individual with good overall repair maintenance skills. This person should be able to multi-task and handle requests timely & put forth quality work. Overall maintenance and general repair knowledge are a must. Pool operation experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for helping to maintain both properties in an attractive and comfortable condition
- Responsible for cleaning/maintaining the outside of the properties, including but not limited to, trash pickup, leaf removal, snow clearing, and ice treatments.
- Complete all turnovers, as requested.
- Responsible for conducting preventative maintenance on both properties
- Responsible for checking the pool(s) twice daily and logging all required information, as well as correcting anything that is not right.
- Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels for maintenance equipment
- Assist in minimizing labor and supply costs relating to maintenance
- Responsible for fulfilling all tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting regular inspections of the grounds, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, gas turnoffs, etc.. and notifying the property manager of anything that needs attention.
What we are looking for:
- Prior maintenance experience is required, preferred to have multifamily experience
- General repair and maintenance knowledge is a must
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable form of transportation
