AutomotiveFixed Operations Director

Our dealership has an immediate need for a Fixed Operations Director. This is a great opportunity for anexperienced, customer-focused individual who wants to join our team.

This position will be responsible for ensuring the customer experience meets orexceeds the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index and for monitoring andimproving customer satisfaction. The Fixed Operations Director also carries outthis responsibility by building customer relationships, creating a good workenvironment and properly managing the assets of the department.

• Oversee operations andinspections in an auto service unit to ensure compliance, components andquality standards
• Conduct pricenegotiations with clients to reach a favorable bargain for both management andclient
• Oversee the hiring andtraining of an effective auto service team
• Maintain accurate recordof all accounts and relevant financial information
• Ensure automotiveservice staff comply with environmental laws and regulations
• Oversee the procurementof vehicle parts, automotive equipment and various other items required in anauto service department
• Evaluate the performanceof automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees andguide underperforming ones
• Attend workshops andstudy relevant publications to stay up-to-date with developments in theautomotive service industry.

Requirements

• Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
