Pomeroy is Hiring an Active Directory Administrator Near Louisville, KY
We are currently seeking an Active Directory Administrator. The Active Directory Administrator will provide excellent service and meet client needs while offering effective technological solutions to the organization with a focus on Active Directory and M365 Administration.
**This is a 12 month contract. No C2C please.
General Function:
- Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots required client software and hardware
- Ability to perform standard break-fix triage for hardware and software on end user systems.
- Remote software support utilizing Windows Operating Systems.
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
- Support Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 platforms
- Responding to incoming service requests in a timely manner and follow set up procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring desktop operations.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and EntraID/SSO
- Experience with Office 365 administration
- Experience with Exchange online and general email troubleshooting
- Must be able to work well both independently and in team settings
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
Preferred Knowledge:
- Experience with Tanium
- Experience with PKI/Certificates/Digicert
- Experience with Teams Conferencing
