Akkodis is seeking a Service Desk Technician for a Temp position with a client located in Louisville, KY. Ideally looking for applicants with strong customer service and some tech support back ground functions.
Pay Range : $18-$19 / hr.
Must haves :
- 6 months of customer service experience working within a call center environment
- Process-driven with an attention to detail
- Understanding of Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems(nice to have)
