Akkodis is seeking a Records Specialist (Mailroom) for a 3-month contract (with possible extension or conversion) position with a client located in Boston, MA .

Ideally looking for a candidate from a mailroom or clerical background with Records Experience, law firm / office experience, computer skills, and the ability to do the physical demands of the job (lift boxes, clear file rooms, push carts,).

Responsibilities

Provide maintenance of data, records, and files necessary to provide servicing to the assigned client team or department.

This position will perform duties as a specialist relating to the implementation, and management of all aspects of document control and records management throughout the information lifecycle for physical or electronic records.

Pay Range : $17 / hour - $19 / hour . The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
