VisionFirst is a quickly growing employee-owned Optometry Practice and we have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Front Desk position . This is a great opportunity to utilize your professional experience and customer service skills in the healthcare field. Experience in the optical industry is a plus, but it is not required - we will provide training to a highly-motivated, detail-oriented candidate who is eager and willing to learn! Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting patients as they arrive
• Working within a team to coordinate the best care for our patients
• Check patients in and out, post charges, collect payments, and schedule appointments
• Keep all information private following all HIPAA rules and guidelines
• Obtain insurance authorizations and file claims as necessary
• Manage pre-authorizations
• Responsible for deposits, end of day reports, and co-management
• Prepare patient's charts
