Join Our Team: Business Development Specialist at The Lingual Tree, Inc.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to enhance our client base at The Lingual Tree, Inc. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our business development efforts through strategic outreach, warm calling and relationship-building. Your main responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential new charter school partners.

About The Lingual Tree, Inc.:
Based in Los Angeles, The Lingual Tree is a Non-Public Agency (NPA) offering specialized educational staffing solutions to charter schools. Founded by a Speech Pathologist, our organization is dedicated to delivering high-quality services to students and creating a supportive environment where clinicians can excel and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through effective telemarketing and warm calling.
  • Research and qualify potential clients, initiating outreach to expand our client base.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships to understand and meet their needs with tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with management to devise and implement business growth strategies.
  • Manage and update customer interactions and sales progress using CRM software.
  • Use Indeed and other platforms for recruitment to support staffing needs and organizational growth.

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in business development, inside sales, or a related area.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, with a flair for building lasting client relationships.
  • Familiarity with technical sales, particularly in the staffing sector, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and recruitment platforms like Indeed.
  • A customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering superior service.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus, though not mandatory.
