Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute personalized behavior intervention plans based on thorough assessments
• Attend IEP meetings and student-related conferences as needed
• Provide oversight and guidance during therapeutic sessions conducted by the BII
• Effectively manage and de-escalate behavioral crises, while training BII staff on crisis intervention techniques
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to promote academic and social success for students
• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to work with students exhibiting a range of behaviors, from mild to severe

• Manageable caseload with no multiple sites per day

Requirements:

• Valid CA state licensure
• Master's Degree in Psychology, SPED or ECD
• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Successful completion of background check, TB test, and Covid-19 vaccination
