myHHBS, Inc. is Hiring a Clinic/Home BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)/Program Supervisor - BILINGUAL SPANISH PREFERRED Near Los Angeles, CA
- We are looking for an experienced BCBA who is bilingual in Spanish that can provide both 2-tiered supervision and take on a small caseload as a BCBA in addition to conducting Functional Behavior Assessments. We are growing so this position would start as part time and eventually move into full time. We are a small, but growing company that puts ethics first! We don't take short cuts and we have very hardworking supervisors and behavior therapists. If you love having your opinions valued and the independence to be creative while also having support from the entire clinical and administrative team, then this position is for you! We work hard and take pride in what we do; but we also understand that work/life balance.
Requirements
- Must have 3 years as a BCBA supervising mid-level Master level supervisors who are completing BACB fieldwork supervision.
- Bilingual Spanish Required
- In good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board - Active BCBA Certification
- Experience as a Functional Behavior Assessment Specialist
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience providing ABA services to children with Autism
- Completed 8-hour BACB Supervision Training
- Expertise in development of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs supervising BCaBA’s and/or Behavior Technicians preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Solid technical skills and passion for quality service
- Organized and efficient, detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Positive and professional team player
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills, able to connect easily with others
