Regional HR Manager

We are adding to our HR team, based out of our Lewisburg, PA office. As a Regional HR Manager with PlayPower, you'll be on the front-end of new play concepts and designs, partnering with a business that brings to life custom themed playgrounds and new product innovations. We are seeking a well-rounded HR professional to plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department in Lewisburg as well as the extended region, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. Ideally, this person will be a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 7-9 years of previous experience. A background in manufacturing would be an asset. Please find details about the role below. A Day in the Life

• Oversees 2 direct reports.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Qualified applicants will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other business related major
• PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM CP/SCP preferred
• Must has 7-9 years of tactical HR experience
• HR experience in a manufacturing facility strongly preferred
• FMLA, Workers Compensation, Training and Onboarding experience preferred
• Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and related PC skills
• Ability to embrace and champion change
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong moral and ethical compass
• Engaging and ability to work on a team
• Conflict resolution skills
