HR Generalist
The HR Generalist is responsible for leading our recruitment effort, identifying, interviewing, screening and hiring caregivers Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides. This key person will develop local recruiting plans, employ candidate sourcing strategies, create and implement new recruiting tactics. Must be entrepreneurially oriented.
