SUMMARY

This position requires performing general duties related to warranty department and work orders as assigned.

• Organize and Inventory of returned parts
• Prioritize return of parts and evaluation for service/warranty
• Able to test components and options on all on-board systems to ensure correct operational capabilities.
• Ensure all customer requests and defects are completed as required.
• Electrical repairs as required
• Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
• Other repairs and duties as assigned, especially related to work limitations. 

Knowledge, Skills and Ability

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical parts used in boats for warranty purposes
• Ability to add and subtract and basic math and measurements. 
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Prefer experience with boat warranty work and problem solving

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The employee is exposed to various weather conditions, as outside work may be required.

Required PPE:

• Safety glasses must be worn at all times with the exception of the break area and offices. Safety Glasses must be worn over prescription glasses or approved prescription safety glasses may be worn.
• Gloves: Latex gloves, chemical resistant gloves and cloth gloves may be required depending upon the task.
