We are looking for a Pricing/Program Control Analyst-HYBRID to join our team to support our contract management operations in Huntsville, AL. The position is responsible for full life cycle contract support including proposal strategy, pricing, contract startup, estimates at completion, monthly forecasting, invoice review, financial status reports, and variance analysis.
Your Day-to-day Work Will Include

• Completing pricing, supporting documentation, and cost narratives in response to RFPs.
• Delivering and reviewing pricing data calls to teammates on prime proposals.
• Negotiating rates with subcontractors during the pricing phase.
• Providing expert assistance to program/project managers in cost control and schedule performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
• Tracking actual expenditures against program/project baselines.
• Assigning labor categories and work authorizations.
• Preparing cost reports for customers and assisting in all preparations of customer and subcontractor billings.
• Preparing and maintaining baseline cost budgets for programs/projects.
• Conducting financial and variance analysis for programs.
• Identifying risks and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
• Soliciting and approving subcontractor proposals and management plans.
• Building projects in systems based on contract requirements.
• Providing your skills and expertise to relevant proposal efforts such as contract re-competes and new contract bids as needed.

At a Minimum You Should Have

• An active SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain.
• Must be a US citizen and must be a resident near the local field office (Redstone Arsenal, AL), or be willing to relocate.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business discipline, preferably accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Proficiency in application of direct costs, indirect costs, and cost pools.
• 8-15 years directly related experience in pricing, program/project control, and/or contracts/subcontracts administration.
• The ability to work independently with proficient problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of all contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, CPFF, Hybrid.
• Be a self-starter who drives positive change and process improvements for our organization

You Will Be Highly Desirable If You Have

• Experience with Deltek CostPoint and COGNOS.
• Proficiency in VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and advanced Excel functions.
• Experience with EVM reporting.
• Experience with GSA Schedules.
• Knowledge of various contract vehicles.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 to $115,000
