Duties:

- Implement and oversee maintenance programs

- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Experience with high voltage systems and HVAC maintenance
- Strong command of English language for effective communication
- Knowledge of electrical systems and reading schematics
- Proven experience in maintenance management
- Leadership abilities to guide a team effectively
- Project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
