Janitor/Maintenance Helper
Largo, FL
TempExperts is seeking a Janitor with light maintenance experience to join a manufacturing company in Largo. This is a Monday - Friday 1st shift position and the ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the office space, assisting with cleaning, changing filters, and repairing minor damage.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the office buildings.
• Making minor repairs.
• Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
• Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience with cleaning, maintaining, and repairing office spaces.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to walk and stand for 90% of the day.
• Attention to detail.
• Communication skills.
