Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Manager at Superheat. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in La Porte, TX.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of the refinery and energy industry is a must
