Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our end-users, ensuring efficient and effective desktop operations.

Duties:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner.
- Set up and maintain user accounts and profiles.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Office suites and operating systems.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Background in technical support for Mac OS, or apple devices
- Experience with Imaging tools for MAC

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
