For individuals assignedand/or hired to work in New York City, is required by law to include a goodfaith estimate of the compensation salary range for this role. This salaryrange is specific to New York City and takes into account a wide range ofjob-related factors that may be considered in making compensation decisions.These may include, but are not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill sets,and qualifications; experience and training; certifications; location; relevanteducation; business needs and market demands. Base salary of $25K-$75K, pluscommission and bonus opportunity. 

·We also offer a full range of benefits and programs to meet employeeneeds, based on eligibility. These benefits include comprehensive health carecoverage, dental insurance, a 401K retirement savings plan, health saving orflex spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Territory SalesRepresentative job expectations include, but not limited to thefollowing: 

·Achieve sales goals byproviding well-rounded solutions and market expertise

·Devote over 50% of theirtime at customer sites generating account growth with planned quality meetings,as well as prospecting to develop new business

·Build long lastingrelationships with builders, contractors, architects and trade organizationsusing a consultative sales approach

·Partner with customers torecommend and provide quotes on the appropriate products and solutions thathelp them grow their business

·Utilize quoting and CRM software to prepare quotes andmanage customer relationships

·Leverage internal quotingresources to assist with quote activity

·Continue to strive for100% “Very Satisfied” business partners

Qualifications:

·2-4 years relatedexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education andexperience.

·Individual’s motor vehiclerecord must also comply with company requirements

 

Benefits

  • New Hire Comp, annual base salary of $25,000 $4,166.67 monthly guaranteed commission for first 18 months ($50k guaranteed). After 18 months, then on the standard commission and bonus structure. Draw against future commission $961.54 bi-weekly.
  • After guarantee period, annual base salary $25,000.
  • Commission plan - Commission can be up to 4.95% based upon discount applied to Net Price of product and/or service.
  • Monthly bonus opportunity based upon monthly actual bookings; 1.0% for booking <75% of quota attainment and 1.75% for booking >=75% of quota attainment.
  • Mileage reimbursement at current IRS limit up to $600 per month (for new and existing consultants).
