Title: Production Department Manager 3rd Shift

Salary: 70-73K plus bonus the EoY will be some where between80-95K per year.

Role and Responsibilities

·Directly manage30 – 40 hourly employees

·3rd shift(9pm-7:10am) Monday through Thursday, paid overtime, plus bonus opportunity

·Responsiblefor your department’s safety, quality, and productivity

·Maintainbudget for labor efficiencies in department

·Championcontinuous improvement in the department (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing)

·Reward andfollow corrective action guidelines as needed with employees

·Interview,hire, train, and develop employee

The ideal Production Department Manager will meetthe following qualifications:

·Associate’s/Bachelor’sdegree or one to five years of relevant experience

·Demonstratedleadership skills

·Excellentverbal and written skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

·Strong teamplayer

·Enthusiasm andthe ability to motivate others

·Very organized

·Experience inlean manufacturing and continuous improvement a plus
