The Unique Assets Associate of Wealth Operations is a full-time position with Central Trust Company who will be primarily responsible for the setup, maintenance and supervision of unique asset holdings which include, but not limited to, real estate, leases, life insurance policies, notes, mineral / oil interest, closely held companies, and personal property held in trust by Central Trust Company.
The ideal candidate for this position will perform a wide range of operational support duties and will interact with staff across our company’s footprint to efficiently support the administration of unique assets.
Responsibilities
Setup and maintain unique assets in the company’s trust accounting and internal tracking systems to ensure accurate and prudent recordkeeping.
Process income receipts related to unique assets.
Track and review delinquent payments for unique assets.
Obtain and review real estate insurance for trust-owned properties.
Update pricing and values for unique securities and assets.
Maintain physical vault assets.
Review and assist with compliance matters.
Assist in daily processing including, but not limited to, new and closed accounts, account maintenance and asset settlement
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Certificate required. College level courses, bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is desired.
Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to collaborate and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, Trust Company locations and holding company employees.
Attention to detail.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
