We are a fast-paced, forward thinking, small to mid sized, restaurant group in the Dallas area. Our sales force is always on the move and understands that customer satisfaction is the key to our success. We have locations in Las Colinas and FlowerMound that we need outbound sales effort for our corporate lunchbox delivery program and corporate events. This entails going to local offices and talking to the appropriate individuals about our lunchboxes, directing them to order online any time, handing a flyer, and talking to them about corporate event opportunities within our restaurants. Getting their email to send them more info, and building our contact database.
We are starting a lunchbox delivery program and would like a few sales/marketing employees to go around to corporate offices to sign up new company/clients.
Commitment and enthusiasm are essential as well as being able to take direction.
Position Objective
Through primarily outbound in-person visits, the prime function of this role is to grow business profitably both reactively and proactively and to retain and develop our existing database of clients maximizing profits. To ensure high quality service, on time and to budget by managing client delivery projects to enable us to fulfil our contracted promises to clients consistently which dove tails and leads to successful account management. To act as an ambassador for Hospitality Inspirado ensuring that a positive brand image is strengthened and maintained in all interactions with customers.
Person Specification
Highly professional and committed to business development
Driving license and reliable car to travel between venues
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
Excellent telephone and message taking etiquette
Focused on delivering a high level of customer/ client service
Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients and event suppliers
